Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis or deep relaxation as a medium for therapeutic change. Hypnosis is the very natural process of shutting down the conscious mind for a period of time. It is a focused state of consciousness during which the subconscious, emotional mind is open to suggestion.
During hypnosis, the body and mind are in a relaxed, neutral state, while the subconscious feelings remain awake and receptive to suggestions.
Heart-centered hypnotherapy is involved in alleviating chronic stress, deep-seated anxiety, depression and resolving earlier life trauma and it's after-effects such as well as negative thinking and depression. It can also work with the healing addictions such as smoking, weight-loss, and other negative behaviors affecting your health and well-being.
I incorporate self-compassion mindfulness practices into my practice.
